At Photogifts, we want to deliver our customers' orders quickly, safely and at a reasonable cost. That is why we have made our delivery pricing straightforward and as good value for money as possible. We even designed and patented our own boxes for many products, to make sure that they are well protected during transit.
We have two methods of delivery: Royal Mail and Interlink Express. Smaller single items are usually sent via Royal Mail (First Class) and orders with multiple packages or larger items are sent via Interlink Express (Next Working Day).
On the webpage for each product, there is a 'Delivery' tab that displays the UK delivery cost for that item. Your shopping basket and checkout will also display the delivery cost and allow you to select a different delivery service, if more than one service is available to your address. Our delivery charges are detailed below and are PER ORDER , not per item. Many of our competitors charge per item, causing higher delivery costs. We don't think that is fair, especially when it costs no more to send multiple items to the same address!
- £3.00 for small / medium items (Keyrings, Photobooks, Mugs, Placemats)
- £8.00 for larger / heavier items (Wall Art etc)
If you order several items of different sizes, the delivery cost will be based on the largest item in your basket.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Outlying UK Locations
If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and some other more remote parts of the country, we don't charge you extra for delivery.
The only likely difference is that it can take an extra day for the delivery to be recieved, especially when sent by courier.
All of our delivery services are on a 'Signed For' basis, so it is very important that you check your delivery before signing. What to check:
- Is the parcel damaged in any way?
- Have you got the correct number of parcels?
It doesn’t happen very often, but if there is any visible damage on the packaging then you must make note of that when signing for a delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours by email if there is any physical damage to the products you receive. Failure to do this may stop us being able to make a claim with the courier and therefore prevent us from replacing the goods free of charge.
Finally, as all of our products are personalised and made to your specifications they are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
